SHIPPING POLICY

Devlin and Company ships orders within the United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Our online storefront is hosted through Big Cartel, and many of our products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners. Because of this, processing times, shipping times, packaging, fulfillment locations, and delivery dates may vary.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Because many items are made to order, production begins after your order is placed. During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Once an order has been submitted for production, we may not be able to cancel, change, or modify the order, including size, color, product selection, or shipping address.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, the destination, the carrier, and the fulfillment partner used to produce your order.

Devlin and Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production partners, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, high-volume shipping periods, or other events outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, selected shipping method, and/or fulfillment partner rates.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150 before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Because some products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or at different production locations, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in separate packages.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Devlin and Company is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted or sent to production, address changes may not be possible.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Devlin and Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Any issues after shipment should be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information. However, if your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Devlin and Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, lost, or stolen.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order needs to be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected].

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.

Damage claims may not be eligible for review without photos or if submitted after the 3-day window.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Devlin and Company does not offer international shipping.
