We want you to love your purchase from Devlin and Company. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Our online storefront is hosted through Big Cartel, and many of our products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners. Because of this, return eligibility may vary depending on the item.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.
RETURNS
We accept eligible returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of odors, stains, smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear.
All tags, if applicable, must be attached, and items must be returned in their original condition.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Many items sold by Devlin and Company are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically after your order is placed.
Because made-to-order items are created just for you, they are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories, including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and bags
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Custom items
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards, if applicable
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee exchanges, especially for made-to-order items.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item has already been sent to production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or offer an exchange.
For eligible items, exchanges may be approved at our discretion and are subject to product availability.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending a return.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected].
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.
Claims submitted without photos or after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.
If the issue is approved, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
COLOR, PRINT, AND SIZING VARIATIONS
Because many items are produced by third-party production partners, slight variations in color, print placement, garment style, sizing, and appearance may occur.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings or device.
These variations are not considered defects unless there is a clear production error.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up from the carrier may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an order needs to be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
